- The Professional Educator will develop, implement, and evaluate ongoing education activities through adult learning principles. The Educator will maintain and update educational databased files, as well as formulate goals and objectives for programs in accordance with the goals of individuals and/or departments. This position will coordinate closely with department managers to ensure that all staff obtain proper certifications.
- POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Education
- BSN preferred
- Licensure and Certifications
- Active WV RN license - Required
- BLS - Required
- ACLS - Preferred
- PALS - Preferred
- NRP - Preferred
- TNCC- Preferred
- AHA Provider Instructor for BLS, ACLS, and PALS or willing to obtain within 12 months of employment.
- Experience
- Two to three years of experience with the hospital setting
Location: Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital · NURS ADM
Schedule: Full Time, Days, Mon - Fri 8 am-4:30 pm
