- Under the direct supervision of the director of pharmacy, the pharmacists are continuously and directly responsible for the processing of all physician medication orders, providing the appropriate medications and other pharmaceuticals as needed for adequate patient care in accordance to the state and federal laws and providing clinical information to medical and nursing staff as needed.
- POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Education
- Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy by theAccreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) and passage of NorthAmerican Pharmacist Licensure Exam
- Licensure and Certifications
- Valid West Virginia Pharmacist License
- Experience
- Hospital experience desired, but not required.

Schedule: PRN, Days
