Job Summary

Provides professional Human Resources support to departments at Mon Health System. Coordinates recruitment and acts as a resource for issues regarding other human resources functions. Ensures compliance with all applicable federal and state laws.

Minimum Education Requirement:

Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or related field which includes coursework that has provided a broad understanding of all human resources functions, with particular emphasis of employment law, and 1-2 year of progressively responsible human resources experience, or, any combination of education and experience that provides the incumbent the knowledge, skills and ability to perform the job duties indicated above.

Minimum Experience Requirement:

Demonstrated ability to develop effective recruitment strategies and to appropriately assess applicant's qualifications in relation to job requirements normally acquired through previous recruitment experience. Familiarity with healthcare positions is preferred. Effective oral and written communication skills in order to communicate credibly and effectively with applicants and at all levels throughout the organization. Ability to effectively track and organize recruitment information. Ability to keep confidential information as such. Ability to project a positive and professional image. Demonstrated ability to use PC based word processing and spreadsheet programs.
