Strong analytical and statistical problem solving ability. Proven ability to support multiple projects with strong skills in facilitation. Demonstrated knowledge in Quality Management, Process Improvement and appropriate statistical tools for analysis of data. Must be familiar with Joint Commission and CMS standards. Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal presentation skills and experience working directly with physicians on committees. Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality relative to sensitive information. Knowledge of word processing, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. |

Schedule: Full Time, Flex
