Physician - Dermatology

Will follow and direct evidenced based practices as established within dermatology services. Collaborates and coordinates the individual treatment plan with the clinical team as necessary to assure an appropriate continuum of care.
Minimum Education Requirement: Graduate of Accredited Medical School. Board certified or board eligible in dermatology.
Minimum Experience Requirement: Experience in group practice and/or clinic setting preferred.
Minimum License Requirement: Current West Virginia licensure. Current Federal Drug Enforcement Agency Certificate. Fully credentialed according to Dermatology services.
Location: Mon Health Medical Center ยท MON HEALTH DERMATOLOGY
Schedule: Full Time, Days, Primarily Monday - Friday clinic hours
