The function of this position is to assist the Director in supervising the professional and administrative aspects of the Department of Laboratory Medicine and to perform the professional work of the Department in anatomic and clinical pathology. Performs comprehensive, accurate surgical pathology services, to include frozen sections, cytologies, surgicals and autopsies in compliance with the Departmental QA program. Provides timely delivery of required documentation, data and reports.

Minimum Education Requirement : Completion of four-year, medical school with subsequent completion of pathology residency program with board eligibility or certification.

Minimum Experience Requirement : Completion of an accredited program in surgical and clinical pathology.

Minimum License Requirement : State of West Virginia Board of Medicine/Osteopathy.

Schedule: Full Time, Days
