Job Summary

As a Nurse Extern at Mon Health you will develop your nursing skills through a partnership with an experienced Registered Nurse and gain hands on experience performing direct patient care.

Job Requirements

a. Minimum Education Requirement : Must be enrolled in a nursing program and be on track to complete the senior year curriculum during the ensuing school year. Incumbent must be in academic good standing.

b. Minimum Experience Requirement : Experience with nursing fundamentals in lab and/or clinical setting as evidenced by completed nursing fundamentals skill check-off.

c. Minimum License Requirement : Current CPR card

Physical Requirements and Environmental Conditions

Light Work: Frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to10 lbs with a maximum lifting of 25 lbs.

Location: Mon Health Medical Center · STEPDOWN UNIT
Schedule: PRN, Flex
