Neurologist

The physician provides neurologic clinical care for the patients seen at Mon Health's clinic and hospital sites. To follow and direct evidenced based practices as established within the Neurology service line. Collaborates and coordinated the individualized treatment plan with the clinical team as necessary to assure an appropriate continuum of care.

Minimum Education Requirement: Graduate of an Accredited Medical School. Residency completed and one year of fellow cases in Neurology preferred.

Minimum Experience Requirement: Supervision of staff preferred. Previous clinic or hospital experience preferred.

Minimum License Requirement: Current West Virginia Licensure. Current Federal Drug Enforcement Agency Certificate. Board eligible required. Board Certified preferred. Fully credentialed through medical staff according to Neurology services.
