Responsibilities
Job Summary
With a patient-centered culture, the Licensed Practical Nurse will -as directed by the RN and defined in the state’s Scope of Practice- provide direct patient care, meeting the physical, age-specific, social, mental status, cultural and spiritual needs of the patients in accordance with physicians' orders, The Joint Commission, OSHA, nursing, and department guidelines.
Education Requirements:
Completion of a Practical Nursing Program.
Experience Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience required. 1 year of Oncology experienced preferred.
Certifications/ Licensures Requirements:
Current West Virginia license, which is renewed on a yearly basis. Must possess BLS certification within probationary period.
Physical Requirements:
Heavy Work
Exerting up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 50 lbs. of force frequently and/or in excess of 20 lbs. of force constantly.

Schedule: Full Time, Days
