Apply Now Job ID monhealth-4800-4294 Date posted 03/17/2023Wedgewood Family Practice, an affiliate of Mon Health, is looking to fill a full time Licensed Therapist position at their Mon Health Medical Park location in Morgantown, WV.
Part-Time or Full Time options are available with a mix of in-person and telehealth patient visits.
Wedgewood offers a competitive compensation package of $90,000 annual salary for full-time and a rate of $45.00 per hour for part-time providers.
The Licensed Therapist:
- Establishes positive, trusting rapport with patients.
- Diagnoses and treats mental health disorders.
- Creates individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances.
- Meets with patients regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Conducts ongoing assessments of patient progress.
- Involves and advises family members when appropriate.
- Refers patients to outside specialists or agencies when necessary.
- Maintains thorough records of patient meetings and progress.
- Follows all safety protocols and maintains client confidentiality.
- Contributes to practice by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
Experience:2 years’ experience working full-time as a therapist in child/adult psychiatry is preferred.
Licensure: Active LICSW or LPC in the state of West Virginia
Location: Mon Health Medical Center · Mon Health Wedgewood Primary Care and Psychia
Schedule: Full Time, Days, Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
