Assistant Teacher

Job Summary

Preschool Assistant Teacher assists with the development and implementation of a learning curriculum in accordance with Child Care Center philosophies and policies, incorporating various teaching styles and methods to ensure physical, emotional, social and mental development of each individual child.

Job Requirements

a. Minimum Education Requirement :ย High School Diploma or GED. Post High School education in Early Childhood preferred.

b. Minimum Experience Requirement :ย Previous experience working with preschool children, activity planning and good interpersonal skills in order to interact with parents and children and to maintain cooperative working relationships.

c. Minimum License Requirement :

Physical Requirements and Environmental Conditions

Medium Work: Frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs with a maximum lifting of 50 lbs.

Location: Mon Health Medical Center ยท Mon Kids Child Care Center
Schedule: Full Time, Days, Monday-Friday Flex hours
