POSITION SUMMARY
Assists in the planning, organizing, implementation and evaluation of the department. Facilitate flow of patients and care by the provider by performing clerical and receptionist responsibilities, patient care, and maintaining the physical environment of the area.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
oRequired:
-ºHigh School Diploma or Equivalent
oPreferred
-ºGraduate of accredited school of MedicalAssistant
-ºNational Certification or Registered Medical Assistant
-ºBasic Life Support (BLS) Certification
EXPERIENCE
oRequired:
-ºNone
oPreferred:
-ºOne year of experience in one or more of the following; urgent care, emergency
department or medical office setting.
Location: Preston Memorial Hospital · Physician Center
Schedule: Full Time, Days, Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm
