Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY:
As a RN at Mon Marion Neighborhood Hospital, you will coordinate total patient centered care in assessing, planning, directing and evaluating patient care in our 10 bed Emergency Room ensuring optimal service to the communities we serve.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Associates Degree or Nursing Diploma, required; BSN, preferred
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse without sanctions, required
Experience:
- 2+ years full-time RN experience in ER or other comparable experience, required
Licensure/Certification:
- Current BLS, ACLS required. PALS certifications required during orientation; ENPC certification from ENA may be substituted for PALS certification; TNCC preferred
- CLP/POCT License required, obtained during New Hire Orientation
- Position requires fluency in English; written and oral communication
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
Heavy Work: Frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 50 lbs. with a maximum lifting of 100 lbs.
Location: Mon Health Medical Center · Emergency Room
Schedule: Full Time, Days/Evenings
